Siloxane WB Sealer (exterior/interior)

SILOXANE WB ian an interior/exterior grade, clear, waterborne, penetrating water repellent designed to be applied over a variety of untreated, properly prepared substrates including brick, concrete, concrete pavers, concrete block, stucco, limestone, granite, sandstone, terracotta and natural stone. Siloxane WB provides excellent water repellency helping to reduce cracking, spalling, freeze/thaw and chemical damage. Siloxane WB inhibits the growth of mold and mildew. Reduces deterioration preventing dust and lengthening the life of the substrate to reduce maintenance cost. Siloxane WB dries clear on most substrates maintaining a natural appearance. Siloxane WB leaves a matte or semi-gloss finish depending on application.
